Early March

It has been cold, bitter cold. We have had to of had over 12 feet of snow this year. Much of it is still hanging around.  It how ever did allow for a company snow Tubing trip.  The kids were mad when we had to leave, but the wind came back and Captin called an end to the fun for safety.

It is a 1200 foot hill with a 100 foot vertical drop. Lets just say you catch some speed going down it.

Febuary

Well. It has snowed allot. This year so far we have had 12 feet of snow in are area. The pile out front is big enough to hide my truck. The snow blower as well as us can no longer throw it on the pile very easily.

We have had so much snow it has burned up the snow blower we bough less than 3 mos ago. But no worries it came with a unlimited 2 year warranty. A new one is on the way and will be here by the Feb 21st.  We will get as many new ones we need. The warranty extends with every new one. Pending any more snow and the closing of the only highway up here.  The kids love all the snow and the killer ice sickles it makes 

School has been going for about a month. Man is adjusting to have a full load and work, he is taking classes i have all ready had. Lucky man. I have a few classes Government, Human development, and  another history. 

Other than that we are all good, man is still on housing duty. It gives him time to read all of his school work along with being nicely heated. 

We had to get some new Sunday digs. 

Ignore the messy sink, we lazy Saturday nigh and did not load the dishwasher.

 Other than that we are all good. There haven't been many out side activities to do up here. This coming week the Company has a snow tubing trip. The kids are excited to say the least. They love playing in the snow. This next week it is finally suppose to start warming up. Over 32 deg yeppie.

The kids love when they get mail, we try to send mail monthly home for family. 

With the blower broken, we just pushed the snow towards the street for the plow blade to move.  Its up to mans waist. K took this picture of me 

I was asked to hug her pony. 

We got to skype with family for E my sisters boy. For his birthday. It was great to see family and see how big E and A are getting. A's lip is looking great.

Snow vs kids

Its all melted away now thanks to the rain we had the past two days. 

I have to bungee the dryer close, because when we play hid and seek. They hide in it, I'm a good mother and dident turn it on.

 And in J and K style I ran the carpet cleaner and they hiked there pants up and ran around all crazy speaking in caveman. They have taught this to there little cousin E and he does it as well.

The city of Watertown is out side the main gate and Leray out side north gate. In the past 36 hrs. We have had 31.5 inches of snow and its still comming

The snow blower has made life way easier at keeping up with the snow. 

Christmas in photos.

We had a very nice Christmas. Skyped with family. My sisters little boy was very excited to see J and K and talked up a storm.

We made out own bread rolls to eat for dinner

Got nerf guns, leap pads, clothes, and many more due to the snow storms it is liable to be a week of Christmas thanks to a mail delay. Snow storms back home as well as in Ny have slowed the mail in.

We got reindeer hats. 

Play dough Ice cream factory. That only stayed in the box maybe a whole 3 mins. We are currently making ice cream for everyone. 

A certain monkey that has met Taggie and is going to be loved to pieces just like a certain little pink turtle.  Man and I got some cloths, gift cards and cash. Spent the cash on a snow blower, yeppie

Very warm blankets that will see plenty of use. 

 We started working on are wood project from Great Grand today

It has a very good year, hopefully it continues to snow and work will be delayed in the morning.  We love all of out family and thank you all for all the love you show us from a far. 

Ice snow and NNY weather

I had failed to realise how long it has been sence the last post.  We have has quite a bit go on as well as slow quite week or two. One of are freinds left to go back home to Germany, we had a home full for Thanksgiving and got to speak with all are family. We hope for Christmas we get to see them via Skype. Some of the "fun" events were lock down on the Air field, Ice storm, and snow storms. 

Jaxen accused santa and his elves of taking his preasents to wrap them. He was quite unhappy. Sissy asked for a poney. 

We put up are tree, and play with the train undet it. 

There is over 1.5 inches of ice all over everything. It took 30 mind the other night to drive 2.5 miles home after work thanks to all the ice. 

It looks so pretty from the inside. 

Things have been good, but cold. And look forward to seeing family and spending time with them.
