Really my last post was in November. Then there is allot to say. Everything from are 10th anniversary, Basic Graduation, to funerals have gone on.
Yes we have made 10 years. Honestly it hasn't seemed that long. We have come a long ways in that time in some aspects, but in many it feels like we have never left that bliss full first year. My only complaint is that we spent it apart. I hope for the 20th we will be in the same place. Never the less even though he couldn't call or send more than a letter, her showed his love in a way I would of ever imagined. That week his unit did the message home project. They were half way done with training, and command did something sweet for the soldiers and there families. Most of them were I love or miss my mom or girlfriends, some even included they were single and looking for love and included and phone number. Man how ever made me feel like the only person in his world and brought tears to my eyes.
I have never had any doubts that I had chosen the one that was meant for me.
Man got to come home for Holiday Block Leave, it was so wonderful to have him around. He spent the first three days it seem like asleep, but when your love has been gone for a while you are just happy having him in the same room weather he is sleeping or awake it really doesn't matter. It was nice to have him here to have some Spiritual support as well. Earlier in the month we buried my best girl friends husband, he is only 3 yrs my elder. She is an example of when your world falls apart, how one can pick up the pieces and come out stronger. No one out side her and husband know why he did it, I am proud of her non the less, and I know her husband is a great man and wonderful husband and that wouldn't of been changed by death. She shows so many traits I see in members of my church, yet she is not one her self. Just a few days later we laid a grandparent to rest. She had lived a long and full life, passing through the Vail must off been such a relief for her. Yet this past week we laid another grandparent to rest. He had a long 11 year battle with never being healthy. The love him and my grandma have is one that I hope to have with me and my husband. Never heard them fight or heard of it, love, respect, compassion, the help mate we all look for. The understatement of the century is that she will miss him. I ma blessed that they all lived long enough to help teach me many lessons that will benefit my life and my family. I will be so excited to see him beyond the Vail as well.
In January we went down to Georgia to see man graduate from Basic Training. It really was a nice trip. Took my in-laws with me so they could see hubby graduate and to help me with the kids and the driving. It really didn't seem like 980 miles in the truck. But that is a matter of opinion, I use to drive trucks 8+ hrs a day for a living. So sitting on my bum behind a steering wheel seems like home to me. We stayed at some awesome cabins on base.
It was the right size for four. Three adults and two kids, two kids equal one adult right? The MWR program is pretty awesome, couldn't beat being almost right out side the gates, but yet off in the woods and $30 a night made it even better. Very nice off in the woods, with small kitchen, fridge, stove, TV and fire pit. The kids keep asking when we are going to go back to the cabin again. I'm very glad that they enjoyed the trip. It might of been the Air Born jump school planes going over every hr or the fact they roasted marsh mellows every night. I'm just glad they remember it and its a good memory. Cabin style is how man and I hope to live some day anyways. People really don't need 1,800sf homes with 4 beds and 3 baths. I'm all for the tiny house movement and keeping it simple, sometimes all the extras get in the way of having a really great life.
We didn't get much time with man but we loved every minute of the little time they granted us with him. He had one heck of a ride. His quote " Jan 2013, for anyone who cares, today I
graduated from Basic Training. My platoon earned honor platoon because
we got the toughest Drill Sergeants in the toughest company, Charlie
Cobras, at the toughest Basic Training site, Ft. Benning Georgia" Lost Boys
Now were in the home stretch. Roughly one month and he will be done with AIT, give or take a few weeks deemed by Army. We are very blessed he got chosen to do Home Town Recruiting. So he will be back for a couple weeks before he reports to his First Duty Station. He has a good idea but its not on paper yet. So till he has orders in hand we just go with the flow. He loves snow so he is excited because it snows there allot, but disappointed in the local states rules governing fire arms. Hubby go by the same thing I do. If my dad would of feared me turning my gun on an innocent person, he would of shot me with it first. But we are excited non the less to be able to be a family again here soon. I am glad at this age my children have little concept of how much time has gone by. The way they talk makes time go faster for me. AIT has been a welcome relief, we were able to start having family prayer together again via the phone, and what a wonderful blessing it is. We also like that his Sergent's are very religious them selves and see it as important. There have been some occasions when Bed check has ran late and they still allow the two to three minute call for prayer, and have patience when the kids want to say it and it takes a bit longer.
My end has not been nearly as exciting, I have just been attending school along with some on line classes. It really hasn't been much of a spring break, one are current state threw us for a weather loop and has poured rain and snow upon us. I'm not going to complain one bit, the farmers I know will benefit greatly from this blessing of moisture, as well as anyone who gardens. But I have spent spring break getting ahead in my online classes. Have nothing better to do, not driving to the school for my on sight classes might as well get a little ahead and take it easier for a few weeks.
But non the less we are happy and healthy for now. This year has been bad for us and many families I know with flu's and stomach bug's. Always hope next year is better and less icky's running around.

Well we made the first month
The time has dragged at time and at other times flown by. To be honest it is the bed time and night that drags on. The day keeps us busy. Man is doing well at BCT he has passed all the tests and courses so far. The pictures that his unit command posted of the NBC2 training looked evil. We are blessed that his command takes the time to post pictures weekly of there training on their Facebook page. It does make it easier on me and the kids being able to see pictures of him. We are also bless to have the funds to bring him home for winter break. Yeah couping pays off, we were able to save enough money through the past 4 mos to pay for his ticket.
I m weird but it will be nice to smell him again. Smells can bring so much comfort. The Twins are excited as well, I hope there daddy dolls show up before break is over so he can give them to the twins i am also glad for my eBay business it keeps me busy during the week. Now I just need to get me food storage one off the ground. I sell Thrive Shelf Reliance food storage. Allot of there food is freeze dried and has a long shelf life. It has help cut down on are waist. Also i loved it when the twins were teething. I would hand them freeze dried green beans or broccoli and the would go to town on them. Haha so sneaky. .

Well we have been quiet
I have been really bad at blogging. Everyone says it. Honestly it has not been anywhere on my mind. After man and I left are jobs in June to have a mini retirement before he left for basic. We have just been busy. With moving and packing, school and a laundry list of other things.
Well it came man left for Basic and we moved in with family. Man and I have been apart for a long time before. He served a Mission for are church from Nov of 2000- Nov of 2002. This is only 20 weeks apart. An may be if the others in his unit arnt tards. We can have a phone conversation or two. Basic rules are way nicer than Mission rules. I will spend tonight after the kids crash. Making 2-3 boxes to mail him through his time.
I have a new ward to attend. Not sure how I feel about changing records. I lile that church is at 9 am. Get up get dressed eat and go to church. This church at 1 could be harder with kids. Time to run have to go to a gym and make sure I keep strong

Not a lot has been going on. J and I both left are jobs last month have never felt happier or in tune with that we should be doing. It has allowed us to be together and attend church on a regular basis. witch we haven't been able to do in over 5 yrs. It feels good to have the spirit in are lives again and to soon be attending the temple as a couple again.
Its been really hot here in the mid west in June we started to see temps in the 100's. ughh That made the growing of peas, lettuce, and other cool weather veggies rather hard. The tomato's have loved it though, they are just going to town.. Now if the chickens would lay some eggs we would be in good shape. I have started my own business. I hope it works out. Here is it http://www.shelfreliance.com/pressgrovespantry
we have saved money with buying freeze dried fruit and the chicken. Seeing that we don't have allot of freezer space and that fruit goes bad fast. having it freeze dried keep the waste down and mommy happy that food does not go bad.
must go kids require food

My new work out friend
Well it feels strange today. Last sunday June 10th I quit my Job working at the Target disterbution center I have had for 8 yrs. At times its hard to believe it has been 8 yrs. But my body does feel it from tearing something in my left shoulder from unloading heavy freight for hrs on end. To tearing some kind of muscle in my back behind my right shoulder blade. They never found what I exactly tore but its still there can feel it and that was last November. The thing I do and will miss the most are the friends I made there.
But it did keep me active and in decent shape. Bodys in motion tend to stay in motion. The one thing they taught me is to stay in shape.
So last January i started using the. Myfitnesspal app and was 160 lbs. , i have a friend who I can relate to when she says she is unhappy with her post baby body. 3 yrs later Im still unhappy with mine, but my husband loves it. So every day I love my body a smidge more, i cant change all they extra skin I grew or the strech marks. The only thing I can change is my weight. Almost back to my highschool weight, and thats a dream. It may be a pipe dream but we will see 140 lbs. Im at 148 right now. Seeings i dont work anymore to get physcall activity I snaked my parents Wind restance bike. They were not using it, even though some people in that house could. I have set a goal of 30 mins a day at 9 mph about 250 cals. We have a tredmill also but we dont get along, running and my gals dont mix. Heres hopeing it holds up for a long while

So it's been rather quiet. Just the normal days of work and school and kids till last week. Man started his paperwork for the Army. So we have been finding and gathering information for them from friends and family to things having to so with are bankrupcy a few years ago. He took the ASFAB today and got a 99. The world is open to him with jobs and he is happy. Im so lucky to be able to support a loving and dedicated man.
