Not a lot has been going on. J and I both left are jobs last month have never felt happier or in tune with that we should be doing. It has allowed us to be together and attend church on a regular basis. witch we haven't been able to do in over 5 yrs. It feels good to have the spirit in are lives again and to soon be attending the temple as a couple again.
Its been really hot here in the mid west in June we started to see temps in the 100's. ughh  That made the growing of peas, lettuce, and other cool weather veggies rather hard. The tomato's have loved it though, they are just going to town.. Now if the chickens would lay some eggs  we would be in good shape.  I have started my own business. I hope it works out.  Here is it http://www.shelfreliance.com/pressgrovespantry
we have saved money with buying freeze dried fruit and the chicken. Seeing that we don't have allot of freezer space and that fruit goes bad fast. having it freeze dried keep the waste down and mommy happy that food does not go bad.

must go kids require food

My new work out friend

Well it feels strange today. Last sunday June 10th I quit my Job working at the Target disterbution center I have had for 8 yrs. At times its hard to believe it has been 8 yrs. But my body does feel it from tearing something in my left shoulder from unloading heavy freight for hrs on end. To tearing some kind of muscle in my back behind my right shoulder blade. They never found what I exactly tore but its still there can feel it and that was last November. The thing I do and will miss the most are the friends I made there.
But it did keep me active and in decent shape. Bodys in motion tend to stay in motion. The one thing they taught me is to stay in shape.
So last January i started using the. Myfitnesspal app and was 160 lbs. , i have a friend who I can relate to when she says she is unhappy with her post baby body. 3 yrs later Im still unhappy with mine, but my husband loves it. So every day I love my body a smidge more, i cant change all they extra skin I grew or the strech marks. The only thing I can change is my weight. Almost back to my highschool weight, and thats a dream. It may be a pipe dream but we will see 140 lbs. Im at 148 right now. Seeings i dont work anymore to get physcall activity I snaked my parents Wind restance bike. They were not using it, even though some people in that house could. I have set a goal of 30 mins a day at 9 mph about 250 cals. We have a tredmill also but we dont get along, running and my gals dont mix. Heres hopeing it holds up for a long while

Well it happened

Man has been working hard the last 3 or so months to get school done and to pass the physical at the MEPS station. And its done he passed and has now qualfies as a future soldier. Im
So proud of him. I cant wait to start are workouts togeather and helping him with this step for him and are family. I love him for all the work he does for are family.
The rest of us are well. The twinnies show more personality and openioms. Being 3 was way harder than 2. Should be called the terriable 3ies.
Ahh and wr have chickens 4 of them for now there about 12 weeks old now. So far no roosters. Have to play nice with the neighbors so no roosters. The chickens would not be as flighty of the kids wouldent try to pet them. Hopefully they will get use to eachother here soon.

This winter or lack or winter I should say has been wierd. I feel like I should of had a garden all year. It's never really been below 32 deg. I have learned some fun things from gardening inside. 1st you can regrow your celery bottom in to a new plant. 2 nd you can also regrow chive onionsin a masion jar in the house. 3rd im trying the same with a lettice head. We shall see if it works. Hahah. Lets all grow are own food

Howdy all

Its seems like it has not beent that long. But i think it has. Things have been going well. Kids are happy and active. They are full of new words and phrazes all the time.
Jis still in tech school. It is his last semester. He is also taking more classes at Washburn University. He did really great in his classes.
I have been working on selling extra stuff on e-bay, an bartering extra stuff. Since I no longer use shampoo I have alot to barter, not to mention the body wash that makes J itchy. Im hoping to barter for other items we can use. I can see the use of the barter system comming back as money gets tight for more people.
This week has been busy with taxes and everone having over lapping colds. One person starts getting better and the next starts feeling bad K is the last to get it and it liable to be a long night. Here are some new pictures for ya

Hippie anyone?

I believe I may be turning in to a hippie and taking the kids along for the ride. I have gone shampoo free for over 55 days now. I'm loving how my hair looks and behaves. I stopped using chemical laden deodorant and now use what is called a deodorant stone. A fancy name for a ball of salt. And believe it or not it works, no evil under arm smells. Next I'm looking in to taking Diatomaceous earth. We shall see how it all plays out.
